I suspect that this must be checked first because the donor can withdraw from the “purchase” via Tipico within 3 days (if at least) and can therefore not be counted immediately as a credit. If the amount is still not expected in a week, you will certainly be provided with the customer service that can help you!

It takes a few days to get updated at Twitch. It can take a week.

and probably take such donations a while until they were really “written” on your account
