You're still referring to the weather, and only the "local" weather in Germany, which is different from the climate. It's getting measurably warmer. Of course, there are cold and warm summers, but over time, the average temperature is rising. Which again makes your statement wrong.
But the fatal thing is that it will actually get colder here at some point, because one reason why it is so warm here is ocean currents that are changing as the poles are melting… But these currents are the reason why we have the climate we have.
