When was the last time you changed and why?
The question is understandable in the way it's posed. Change is a process that always takes place, but overcoming one's own cognitive dissonance and truly transforming oneself – that's become truly rare.
My latest change: I've been using the "Kaizen method" (improving by 1% every day) for some time now, and since then, both my cognitive and physical abilities have grown. I've changed my attitude towards some things and thus gained a new perspective on familiar things.
And now you?
So for the first time, unfortunately, I listened to other people because of compassion and thus also broken a heart. But in the last two years, I've always thought about life, I've always been important to myself: my honor.
Loyalty I learned to be there for people even if the difficult times don't make it easy.
Acceptance, you don't have to like people, but you should accept them.
Reliability, everyone should be able to rely on me and not hope every time I keep my word
Trustworthiness I had thank God always
Discipline, whether you have no motivation, discipline is overcoming demotivation.
Respect, respect shows many ways of strengthening. To the police, firefighters, plumbing, soldiers. Oh and not to forget anyone else who works. Everyone deserves his worth and respect for what he does.
Honesty, honesty is usually better than lies. Lies come out sometime, even if there's something wrong with a person you should say it. You can say it politely. Honesty also shows great strength.
helpfulness, this does not only help but also let help. Who is willing to accept help shows such a great strength that many cannot.
I've learned everything and I live with the attitude that has cost a lot of loneliness and single-goers, but it's worth it.
I started to grow almost half a year ago
So I'm still heavily underweight
But I've decided it can't go that far
Used a couple of runs until I've gone through it all the time, but so far I've been able to eat for many weeks at least three times a day.
Great.
And great to share this. I'll push you with all the thumbs I have. And such a mouse has four of them.
Thank you.
Sura.
About half a year ago – last September/October. I am less on the phone, share the time better, get up early, min once a day will go out and start training
Last week, I changed when Merz said quite frankly before the vote that he will also tolerate the AfD votes.
I'm not so easy to believe anymore.
Long-term therapy.
5 days ago, have ended a relationship that didn't do me well
Right now.
A few hundred cells have died again and new ones have been formed. That's what I'm a slightly different person than a moment ago.
No man enters the same river twice – first, it is never the same man and it is never the same river.
Exactly.
I changed significantly with my job change!
