When should I take the pill when there is a jet lag?

I'm taking Maxim and am flying to Crete on Saturday for 6-7 days and there an hour later I'll take the pill at 8:30 pm according to German time or the time there?

Each pill has a tolerance of at least 3, usually 12 and in some pills even 24 hours to pick up a tablet beyond the usual intake time. Only when you cross this time window is the pill considered “forged”.

The one-hour time shift on holiday (or even when changing summer winter time) is absolutely nothing and you can just stay at your usual time – so you don't get confused.

Happy for you!

If you stay permanently in the "new" time zone, I would use the respective time window of the drug for about a month to reach my own, usual rhythm in the other time zone. For "only" on holiday with intended short stay abroad, I think you better take your medication according to the home time zone.

I would take them further after the German time, because ultimately it is not about the time but the distance in which the tablets are taken. And he should stay the same (while I think a few minutes back or forth will not make much of it, but if you want to go to absolute number, you just do it that way)
