the boarding time is printed on the boarding card. You should be at the gate at the latest. From then on, boarding begins; about 15 to 30 minutes before offblock.

Otherwise be around 2 hours before departure at the airport, more in holiday times. The Fraport itself recommends 3 hours for Frankfurt!
