Hello everyone
From when or from what percentage of work can I receive a fixed salary (monthly salary)?
I'm currently working 50% hourly, but I'd like to increase it to 65 to 70%. Will I then receive a fixed salary?

This is not due to the number of hours worked but to the employment contract.
There are just jobs that are paid with a monthly salary and jobs that are paid with an hourly wage.

I can’t tell you exactly what it looks like in Germany or Switzerland.
With us in Austria you are already permanently employed from 20 hours a week that would be half-day employment with a half-month wage. It is then all under 20 hours a week. All day employment starts at 38.5 hours a week.
