When do you use quotation marks?
Sometimes I see the quotation marks at the top and bottom (“XY”) and sometimes both are at the top (“XY”).

I have a glass bin, an organic waste bin, a plastic bin, a residual waste bin and a paper bin. Which waste requires the most effort after being collected by the garbage collector?
Most of them use only “these” from laziness because they are easy to create by keyboard. I used to do that. But thanks to programmable special keys, I only use the typographically “corrected”.
I also use the uncorrected. On a German keyboard it should actually be possible to use the correct ones directly and without detours.
