WhatsApp transfer from Android to iOS goes wrong?
Hello, I'll probably be switching devices in a few weeks, switching from Android to iOS (iPhone 15). Of course, I've already researched how to transfer apps, contacts, etc., and I've watched numerous YouTube videos on the subject, which have helped me. During the transfer, you can also transfer WhatsApp, including all chats and chat histories. This is very important to me, as WhatsApp is one of my most important apps.
In the YouTube tutorial, everything runs smoothly. Immediately after transferring from the app to the iPhone, the user first changes the SIM card, then opens the transferred WhatsApp on the iPhone and enters their phone number. A message appears stating that chats have been found. They simply have to accept it, and then everything works, at least that's how it appears in the video. However, the comments mentioned that many people aren't asked for the old chats on their iPhone, or that the transfer stops at about 40 percent, as well as many other problems with the transfer…

Then you have to start a new attempt from the old one

Your chats remain on the old device. If the transmission does not work for the first time, you can also start further attempts or use other forms of transmission.
