Someone blocked me on WhatsApp (at least I think so), but now I have a new phone, and I still can't see the contact on WhatsApp, even though they have WhatsApp and I entered the number correctly. It still says: This number is not registered with WhatsApp. What could be causing this? Does it have something to do with the fact that they blocked me, or is it just WhatsApp?
