Whatsapp hängt nur?

Ich habe einen Freund mit Stickern vollgespamt, die ich mit einem Autoclicker auf dem PC geschickt habe. Jetzt, wenn ich versuche, WhatsApp auf meinem Handy zu öffnen, hängt es ständig, und der Akku entlädt sich schnell. Ich habe WhatsApp schon geschlossen und neu geöffnet sowie mein Handy neu gestartet, aber nichts hat geholfen. Kann mir jemand helfen?

1.Delete WhatsApp cache

  • Android:
  1. Go toSettings > Apps > WhatsApp > Memory.
  2. SelectCache empty(not “Delete data”, otherwise you lose chats).
  • iPhone:Unfortunately, there is no direct option to delete the cache. Continue with the other steps.

Two.Delete conversation (if possible)

  • Open WhatsApp and try to delete conversation with the friend:
  • Android:Chat long hold down > Recycle Bin icon.
  • iPhone:Wipe left >Delete.
  • If WhatsApp hangs, do it on the PC or via WhatsApp Web.

3.Use WhatsApp Web

  • Open WhatsApp web in a browser.
  • Delete conversation there to relieve the app on your phone.

4.Rebuild database

  • Uninstall WhatsApp and reinstall it. Before:
  • Secure chats:WhatsApp > Settings > Chats > Chat backup.
  • After reinstalling the chats from the backup.

Five.Check mobile memory

  • Stickers can use a lot of storage space. Delete large files or sticker packages:
  • WhatsApp > Settings > Save and manage data > Save.

6.Emergency: Reset device

  • If nothing works and the phone remains extremely slow, secure your data and reset the device to factory settings.
