WhatsApp backup failed?

Hello everyone,

Since the last WhatsApp update, I've been unable to back up my WhatsApp backups to Google Drive. Apparently, I didn't grant WhatsApp all the necessary permissions, even though the opposite is true. When I try, I get a message saying that the messages have been backed up 100%, and then suddenly a window pops up saying that the backup failed. Does anyone else have the same problem and know what to do? I've already contacted customer service, but unfortunately, that didn't help much.

Maybe your cloud storage is full!? If the quota has been correctly calculated since the beginning of the year

Go backUp to the internal storage and see if it’s all around

15 GB are possible overall, right? I haven’t reached it with the Drive Backup yet. The last backup on the internal memory was probably backed up today at 2:00, so there seems to be everything working 🤔

If I can’t tell you, you have to choose and look, go from your smartphone too

I don’t use the googleDrive

If the internal memory goes, then it can only be on the cloud
