What would happen if you only drank soft drinks?

It just occurred to me: what would happen? It would never occur to me, as I absolutely love water, but if you really only drank soft drinks like iced tea, Coke, Fanta, or Red Bull… what would happen?

  1. You would increase because a normal person who is physically active needs to drink his 2-3 liters
  2. Your teeth would get sick and you'll get caries sooner or later.
  3. Through the amount of sugar you would massively claim the pancreas and get diabetes in the longer term.
  4. 4. You would eventually be sluggish because the microbiome in your intestine would suffer from the unhealthy soft drinks and let the wrong bacteria settle.

I would:

  • Weight increase
  • Tooth damage including caries
  • Diabetes risk rises
  • Intestinal bacteria suffer and die from
  • Scarcity, exhaustion and fatigue symptoms increase
  • Skin becomes unclean
  • And much more.

However, in my opinion, you have to put soft drinks in proportion. I like to drink Cola if I like it, and that's about. 1-2 liters per day, but for this the rest of my diet is mostly healthy. I think that's what's going on. Unhealthy would be pure cola, so no water, with too much junk food. Then diabetes is safe.

So I'm still alive, and I'm so good and I'm getting 0.

Can only speak of myself but I have nothing like that and the blood values are good.

I only drink cola and monsters, as good as nothing else and yeah. Unfortunately, you have to go to the dentist more often than not.

I hate water…

You would harm the whole body (teeth, and actually all internal organs).

There is a legendary man named "Asmongold", who does exactly that. Except for slightly underweight and lots of dentures it seems to be good to go

I do that too, but I'm normal / underweight. So that you somehow get fat straight or so doesn't happen, unless you move also 0
