What was your last cooking/baking accident…?
By this I don't mean that a dish tasted bad, but rather where you ruined a pan/pot, it caught fire, the smoke alarm went off, etc.

that was last year…
I had apples in my pot to make apples. Then I became ultra tired and I fell asleep. When I woke up, it didn't smell good in the kitchen.
Thought the pot was no longer to be saved; somehow, however, after a few days he has become completely clean again.

I forgot to make up the stove and there was a pan with rapeseed oil on it someday it started to burn, suffocated the fire with a cloth.
Once I wanted to keep burgers in a cardboard box warm in the oven. But I put it too high and everything was in flames.

I really can't remember it. It must have been decades.
We don't have any smoke detectors in the kitchen 😂.
And no there have been no accidents in over 30 years – fortunately
I put a sheet and a pan back in the oven, but it was still on.
The handle of the pan is melted and it smells and made the oven dirty…. 😅
