What was the name of this children's series?

TBH, I can't really say much, but it was a goofy series (I think it was on KIKA) that was animated in 3D. I only remember two guys, one of whom was Asian I think and had dark hair that went up in spikes, and another guy who was blond. I'm actually pretty sure the blond guy came from where the series was set and lived with the other guy. Man, I've been wondering about that for hours, but I can't figure it out. All I know is that Lotus was mentioned in one episode, but that's really helpful, I guess.
