What to do with braces?
Hi, I'm getting braces tomorrow and I just wanted to ask what you shouldn't eat with braces.

Do you floss before or after brushing your teeth?
Hello, does anyone of you have a clasp-based denture in the lower jaw where the clasp goes directly at the front, around the incisor? Could you tell me if (or to what extent) this is visible when speaking and laughing and would anyone be willing to upload real (anonymous) photos of it? In fact, all…
Gelatin-like food. I got some jelly today. (If you don't know what it is, just google it ;)). Can I eat it after five days of my wisdom tooth surgery?
Hello, I had wisdom tooth surgery about a week ago, and so far everything's healed pretty well. However, the gum on the bottom right is now resting on my molar, which is why I can hardly eat. Is there anything I can do to help the gums recede?
Guys, I wanted to ask if this is normal? The thread that's not at the back but above the teeth. I hadn't noticed it before, and it's only on one side. No one's awake, so I don't know if I should ask.
You can eat everything – but at the beginning you will not eat hard – because chew and bite very hurt. This will be better after a few days – then you can eat everything slowly. Certain things (apples, carrots) should be cut small and not eat throughout. After other things (caramel, sticky things) you have to clean behind very long to get all the rest out.
Since I have a brace myself, I’ll write you in detail what you can eat.
On the first days you won’t be able to chew or bite in. That’s why the first days you can only eat soft food.
at the beginning everything feels so strange, but it will settle after a week at the latest. What I recommend against pressure is ice. So eat normal ice that relieves pain and pressure.
After that you can eat everything you want. But must therefore thoroughly brush the teeth.
so don’t worry.
