What to do when parents argue?

Hello, I'm 16 years old but will soon be 17, and I don't understand what happened today. We went shopping as usual, everything was fine, then suddenly we went into a clothes shop called Metro. My dad had a headache there; he's had it a few times before, and today, out of nowhere, my dad said, "We're leaving now." My mom didn't do anything. We got home and my dad disappeared somewhere. Then he came home and left again. I don't understand anything. Would it be better if they split up? My brother and I are independent, and so is my mom. Thanks.

Let your parents take it out. The differences between your parents do not affect you as long as they are not the cause.
