What to do if neighbors take and inject heroin?
My neighbors are two couples, they take heroin and these syringes,
I can't sleep most of the time because they're screaming at each other and throwing furniture against the wall, and I get the feeling that the woman is being hit by her husband. She screams really loudly, "Leave me alone, stop it."
It's actually none of my business, but when I go to school I always see what they're buying because we go the same way and the woman always goes to Crackys, sits down and asks the people there if she can buy it from them.

Of course, I hope you don’t have the bad luck like a friend of mine who lived in a house whose landlord was an ecclesiastical institution that preceded the motto “every man is welcome here” and therefore more and more junkies were involved.
You can record the sounds and then play before the police or the landlord
