What to do about sun allergies? What really helps?

Yay, one day in the shade and a quick scurry through the sun was enough! My sun allergy is back, everything is full of bumps.

What do you do to make sure you don’t get one/it goes away again?

I’m not even out in the sun for long, just in the shade and I’m also wearing sun cream (it’s a hypersensitive cream). Help!

Hey!

I knew that too, I always had a terrible taste! At the moment, only a soothing apres lotion will help you directly for allergy sufferers…

You should always use an oil-free sunscreen. You don’t really have to go to a pharmacy because retailers offer a huge selection. My favourite was this January in Thailand Lancaster from the Sun series an oil-free spray with LSF 30. LG

I have an allergy to UV light and use tablets (Loratadin) or a sunscreen with the highest possible light protection factor. However, this does not always help, the reactions depend on the concentration of UV radiation in the air as well as the reconciliation of the skin. With me, for example, it is so that the reactions on arms and legs are stronger than in the face and now in the spring it is also worse because the skin has not yet “conciliated” to the radiation. What really helps? Actually, only the avoidance of sun or UV radiation. Therapist is not much to do, you can only try to alleviate the symptoms. What helps in your specific case can best and best say to the skin physician.

I’ve tried everything. I didn’t have it, but I usually did. A year ago, a friend Schüssler recommended me salts. Everyone can think of what he wants, explain why I can’t, but since then I have no more sun allergy. I’m a surfer, so much exposed to the sun. Since then on Fuerte, Sri Lanka, Morocco, Portugal and Bali and had nothing. Otherwise my hands and feet were extremely infested. It wasn’t very juxtaposed, but it looked extremely nice… and it was already burdening me because I always tried everything possible. This is not advertising, only I wish everyone who has the problem of finally enjoying the sun. I take the No. 1 Calcium Schüssler Salts 3x a day 2 pieces. From 2 weeks before vacation and on holiday regularly and in between whenever I think about it. Best regards and I hope it helps you/dir

What really helps against sun allergy? Quick – Easy – Effective – Free!

The best result I achieved with the flowers of the lion tooth (Pusteblume)!

1 handful of lion’s tooth with 1/4l of boiling water. So the flowers are just covered with water. Let this cool. Then the flowers through a sieve, or those who prefer it even finer through a cloth (kitchen towel) seven. Now put a washcloth in the blossom and apply it to the skin.

All a good success and a lot of fun in enjoying the sun 2013! 🙂

This year, the sun’s allergy spread over the neck, the neck and the arms. Already during the first application the miserable itching disappeared!!! The next day (before yesterday) I enjoyed the sun and the pool OHNE T-Shirt. After bathing again with the blossom – FANTASTISCH!!! Today 27.04.2013 is nothing more of the allergy. However, I rub my skin several times (as it can be set up) with the blossom.

I suffer from a kind of light intolerance and have a very sun-sensitive skin. Since this year I get more reddening and rash through the sun, especially in combination with cream or the like, I wanted to prepare for the sun.
Although I regularly go to the solarium, this unfortunately only helps to a limited extent (against sunburn, the allergy is not relieved!).
I’m in the pharmacy to get me calcium tablets where I’ve doubted if they’re helping…

The pharmacist then recommended Sandoz Sun. I drank a shower tablet with water every day and must say that the skin processes the radiation much faster. The sunburn had gone in record time of the tans (which usually happens rarely to me) and I can for the most part dispense with cortisone. In addition, the tablets actually taste very good!

My daughter had sun allergy in an absolutely evil form. Holidays were a pure disaster. We fell on everything we promised. Finally, the breakthrough came in a very simple way. Sun allergy disappeared through regular intake of a natural food optimizer. Today it only gets a few not worth mentioning spots on an active sun holiday in Turkey, which also disappear quickly. The secondary plant substances, inter alia, lycopene, which have led to this protection against sun allergy were decisive. Not only for my daughter but for the whole family a true blessing.

It’s best to ask the skin doctor.

Have a sensitive skin. I can never forget sunscreens in summer, because after a few minutes I immediately notice that my skin complains.

As a child, I’ve always eaten carotene tablets before a holiday in the south. And in the first holiday week long-sleeved things are worn.

In the meantime, however, a very good sunscreen and staying in the shade is enough if I am not too long outside. If I’m out there for a while, there’s always a friend wearing the umbrella. 😛

I can recommend you. It’s simple and helpful.
