Hello 👋

I can give you a list of everything that COULD help with the pain:

  • Relaxation (yoga/meditation)
  • Sports (e.g. swimming)
  • Take a warm bath or shower
  • General heat (heat pads/heat patches)
  • Chamomile tea
  • Fennel tea
  • Magnesium (antispasmodic)
  • Abdominal massages
  • Sleep
  • TENS device (electrical impulses)
  • (Orgasms)
  • CBD oil (for oral use and application to the abdomen)
  • Light exercise (walking, stretching)
  • Antispasmodics such as Buscopan
  • Kade Cycle (highly recommended! Naturally!) https://www.kadefemina.de/produkte/kadezyklus/kadezyklus-kraempfen/

Here are a few more positions you could consider:

  • Bend your legs, place a folded blanket between your body and thighs, rest your head on your knees, and wrap your arms around your shins. Now just close your eyes and breathe calmly. It often helps to focus calmly and directly on the pain and, with each cramp, press your legs more tightly against your body. Relax as soon as the cramp subsides.
  • Laying your stomach flat on the cold floor can also help
  • Lying on your back, bend your legs

I personally use Kade Zyklus for cramps ( https://www.kadefemina.de/produkte/kadezyklus/kadezyklus-kraempfen/ ) and the TENS device.

I highly recommend the Beurer Tens device. It uses barely noticeable electrical impulses to relax muscles and thus relieve period pain. You barely feel anything, but it helps enormously. The Beurer Tens device can also generate heat, which also relieves pain.

You should see a gynecologist and have the intense pain checked out. Beyond a certain point, it's no longer normal. They won't shove a metal rod inside you; that's nonsense. At most, they'll insert a thin ultrasound device, but you can say no if you don't want that.

Here is another website that might be interesting:

I hope I could help you 🙃

Good luck 🍀

Heyy,

You can use such a pillow with cherry kernels (and like these pillows hot🥲 sry) Put in the oven or microshaft, and then when it is warm put on your belly. It’s supposed to be a good thing for that kind of building pain.

And if it’s really bad, maybe you could go to a doctor, maybe you can help 😊

Good improvement in any case 🍀✨️

🎄🍪Wünsche still a nice Christmas season ☃️❄️

Heat, rest, naproxes or ibuprofen and, if necessary, buscopan.

If you have extreme pain, it’ll be time to get to the gynecologist.

If you have severe pain go to the gymn and let you explain to endometriosis. If he/she doesn’t believe you or take you seriously, you will be right at an endometriosis center. They can help you deal with it.

I heard Buscopan help. Why don’t you ask the pediatrician?
