What to do about having a mind of your own?

I like to be very independent and live according to my own ideas (without harming others). However, there are still people who don't welcome it.
How can I learn to follow instructions more? (especially at work). Have you had similar experiences?

I don't see a disadvantage in the private sector. Although it is good to listen to other opinions and at least think about them. This can also be an enrichment.
In the field of vocational training, I alone would distort the possibility of dismissal or dismissal.
Everyone can live according to his ideas and somehow it will not like any people. That's not important.
Professional life is something completely different. There, employers and workers are consciously entering into a contract with certain conditions and both sides have to fulfill them most. There is no question of following instructions at all. An exception would be if these instructions were illegal. If you are able to work independently, then in the course of time the frame will become more and more generous for instructions. At some point, you get a final destination and a final time and then you can take care of yourself how to get there.
And how can I train this? I just went to trial and went after my head. Does apologise and explain the facts of critical thinking?
An apology and a presentation of your own opinion are never wrong.
If you perform a task for the first time, then you do the best according to the present instructions, or just like all others do.
If you have performed the task several times, you also have an insight and can make suggestions for improvement accordingly.
Errors are there to be done. This should not be considered a disaster.
But in this case, did I completely “saw it”? I did it immediately after another instruction.
Work: Do not discuss, follow instructions……because the employer pays your salary/living and generally knows what to do. If you can improve something, talk to those responsible, eg your direct boss……
Private: It is your good right to make your own views and decisions, but there are situations that require compromises: family, marriage, partnership, friends. You have to decide what is more important to you: your head or others.
I don't want you to live at work, but work. After the evening you can follow your own head.
