What time do you finish work and do you still have time to do something after work?

I finish work at 4:30 pm and am home at 5:15 pm and feel like I can't do much after that

Start my work very timely in the early days and have a theoretical evening at 12h.

Often, almost always, I stay longer (free) so that the work goes ahead and it doesn't look rusty in a personal way.
