What should I give my girlfriend for her birthday?

My friend (F) is celebrating her birthday tomorrow. I have to quickly go shopping tomorrow, but I (F) am out of ideas.

She likes: reading books, her nails, America, school and has a cat.

She generally gets a lot for her birthday and I want to stand out.

Just look at Aldi. They currently have very many things that are suitable as a gift, eg a plush unicorn for 9.90 euros.

Maybe a nail polish if it doesn't own it in your favorite color?

Or a book, does a small kits-chromance, that still corresponds to your taste?

Otherwise, is there a little bouquet of flowers?
