What should I do if my order is cancelled at AllChinaBuy?

Hello, my friends and I did a haul with all China buy. Everything was delivered to the warehouse and ready to ship. We had all the QC pictures and also received a photo of the packaging. Finally, today, one day after the package was shipped, we received a message that our order had been canceled. However, we don't know the reason and don't know what to do now. We had an 11kg haul with 6 shoes, 12 socks, 2 belts, and 12 pairs of underwear. Is there any way we can get our money back or resend the haul? We also don't know the reason why it was canceled.

If the seller is honest, the money will be refunded to the payment method you used (e.g. PayPal).

If not, then you can write the whole thing off as a lesson learned.

I consider legal action to be hopeless and, given the relatively low value of the goods, also pointless.
