What should I do if my laptop comes back damaged after a warranty claim?

Good evening, I returned my Acer laptop due to a defective graphics chip. Although the laptop is now functional, there are visible scratches where it was opened, and the rubber pads are missing. While this doesn't affect its functionality, it's a 2K laptop, and I sent it in perfect condition. I honestly don't see why it should come back in worse condition than when I sent it in.

Simply submit a complaint about the repair. If damage occurs during repair, it is as good as always in the duty of the manufacturer to make a state record (pictures or acceptance document with visible damage) They should improve the damage. Otherwise, it is also possible to initiate legal steps.

He goes back as a complaint, that's not possible.
