I have to say that I can’t say that exactly because it depends on the job.

For me it is not only relevant to be able to live and maintain my desired lifestyle, but also to have the feeling of being paid fair for my job and my position there.

I have again taken some responsibility and go to the next round of salary with a proper demand, because I find it appropriate for the work done and still planned. Nevertheless, I can already live well from my salary now, can afford me several vacations, save a lot per month and was also satisfied after the last salary negotiation, as it fits there. But by the added value provided, I am now more worthy of the opinion and, of course, I would like to see that in salary, whether I need the money or not.

But I could also look for a cheaper apartment that I would like to buy, but if it fits financially, I can also work on a more expensive one. This is currently my biggest “par target”, the equity for a beautiful apartment.

Same answer as always on these questions (net):

1000€ + rent for a relatively carefree life.

1500€ + rent for a carefree life with luxury.

2000€ + rent if you also want to make reserves.

Are you satisfied? It’s up to everyone. Some simply want to earn more from principle (even if they already have enough) in order to have the feeling to come on or rise. Others are content with what they have and lean promotions etc. actively.

If the salary so high would be able to rent a 2-room apartment/60-65qm2 & according to all running costs

> rent

> Internet contract

> Energy & electricity costs

at 900-950€ for food/drogerie & leisure and monthly at 280€ for savings would be left.

In Switzerland

Nearly 5000.- brutto then you get well over the rounds

Normally you don’t have to accept anything under 4500 with a training.

If I were to take Hamburg as a place of residence and from the average rental price I would expect to pay €2000-2500. At least I’d come with that.

4000€ net is already very good, I would be happy with 3000€ net already.

I live around 10 kilometers in one of the most expensive cities in Germany and I was satisfied with 3000 net, of which I could live well.

Now I deserve more, but I think the border was already at 3000.
