What salary would you be satisfied with (realistically)?
How much net monthly salary would you be happy with? Especially if you lived in a big city like Hamburg.
My friends think 4000€ net is quite sufficient

Is there a way for someone under 18 to open an account on their own, where I can simply deposit money and link it to my PayPal account? Thanks in advance
Hello, if you're banned from working as a kindergarten teacher, do you still get full pay until the baby is born? Or is only 65% calculated, like during the maternity leave year once the baby is born?
Hey, I've received a job offer abroad in Spain, so I can just about afford an apartment there, including food, etc. My employer will pay for my accommodation and flights for two months. I will then work there for a year. Question: What about my apartment in Germany? How should I continue to finance my…
Hello everyone, I would like to know briefly whether it is possible to charge overdraft interest (and possibly legal fees) to a former employer if these arose solely through his negligent default? They refuse to provide the employment certificate, which is standardly issued after termination of employment so that an ALG1 application can be processed….
Hello As you can see from the question, I wanted to know whether some girls have or had the problem that their makeup doesn't stay on very well. I have combination skin. I was at Sephora yesterday and asked a beautician/makeup artist what the problem could be, but I wanted to ask here again, maybe…
I have to say that I can’t say that exactly because it depends on the job.
For me it is not only relevant to be able to live and maintain my desired lifestyle, but also to have the feeling of being paid fair for my job and my position there.
I have again taken some responsibility and go to the next round of salary with a proper demand, because I find it appropriate for the work done and still planned. Nevertheless, I can already live well from my salary now, can afford me several vacations, save a lot per month and was also satisfied after the last salary negotiation, as it fits there. But by the added value provided, I am now more worthy of the opinion and, of course, I would like to see that in salary, whether I need the money or not.
But I could also look for a cheaper apartment that I would like to buy, but if it fits financially, I can also work on a more expensive one. This is currently my biggest “par target”, the equity for a beautiful apartment.
Same answer as always on these questions (net):
1000€ + rent for a relatively carefree life.
1500€ + rent for a carefree life with luxury.
2000€ + rent if you also want to make reserves.
Are you satisfied? It’s up to everyone. Some simply want to earn more from principle (even if they already have enough) in order to have the feeling to come on or rise. Others are content with what they have and lean promotions etc. actively.
If the salary so high would be able to rent a 2-room apartment/60-65qm2 & according to all running costs
> rent
> Internet contract
> Energy & electricity costs
at 900-950€ for food/drogerie & leisure and monthly at 280€ for savings would be left.
In Switzerland
Nearly 5000.- brutto then you get well over the rounds
Normally you don’t have to accept anything under 4500 with a training.
If I were to take Hamburg as a place of residence and from the average rental price I would expect to pay €2000-2500. At least I’d come with that.
4000€ net is already very good, I would be happy with 3000€ net already.
4000-4500 € net are good.
Lebe in Munich, here everything is expensive.

I live around 10 kilometers in one of the most expensive cities in Germany and I was satisfied with 3000 net, of which I could live well.
Now I deserve more, but I think the border was already at 3000.
Come with my salary of 2,500 euros nicely over the rounds.
So the richest 10% have 3000 nets.
You can live from 2 nets
I would be so happy with 2.5 nice
With €10000
