What questions can you ask the questioner?

Hello,

I'm about to have my (first) interview for an apprenticeship at a library. The first problem is that I don't know what to say when they ask me what I know about the "company"…

At the end, they ask if you have any questions, and I can't think of any right away. What would be okay? Can I ask about salary?

… no one knows what you know about the company

In the end, you ask if you have questions yourself and spontaneously don’t fall into me

If you don’t have any questions, it’s like that.

I would be interested in training remuneration, working hours, holidays, other benefits….

Ups, so I mean that I don’t know how to combine this with the “library” 😅 Unlike with real companies, I don’t understand what you can say in a library. The story, maybe?

And thank you for your answer!

Read the HP if there is one!

Ask for the following questions:

Why the job?

Why with us?

How do you imagine the training?

Strengths / weaknesses

You can ask the following questions:

What is the training? Which departments do I run? Permanent contact? Can you shorten the training? Takeover opportunities? Where and how vocational school? Training opportunities? Voluntary internship? When do I get it?

Good luck!
