Hello, a friend and I are growing cannabis and are arguing about the pot size for three plants outdoors. I think 40 liters is more than enough (we want to grow very large and productive plants). He says 65 liters is better, but that's too much, right? Because of water and such… Can anyone recommend a pot size based on their own experience? We have sun all day, and space isn't an issue. Start with 40 l or even smaller. I don’t know the plant size. Or are you drawing seeds? If they get too big, you have to replant.
I am not a cannabis expert, but basically applies to pot plants: Do not choose the pot too large, the plant must hold. I’d rather stuff it later.
