Look here – I think it’s too much to list. Depending on the type of emigration, the papers change.

In any case, you need a green card (which you always need but can get through different ways, for example:
by engagement visa,
by marriage,
by work,
by investment,
etc.

Wrong, it must be approved and this does not exist automatically. The pure-yob-greencard is also limited! (many stays longer in the country) Better is the right (unlimited) greencard and this is only given by raffle once a year (family may be with)!

  • Ask and apply for more information at the US embassy directly (not different!!)!

There is no “Job-Greencard”. The “right” Greencard must be extended every ten years and is not indefinite. And most of the Greencards do not exist by raffle, but by family reunification and change of qualified work visas.

And the US embassy does not provide any information on such questions, but only refers to the website where you can read it all.

All in all, you can say that you really have no idea about matter.

The spouse does not have to be rich, and with a US partner you need a green card or an immigration visa leading to the Greencard. Marriage alone is not entitled to immigration into the USA.

You don’t need a bureau, or you have to prove a job.

I have already had to supervise from the official side those who had won the Greencard and if you had my answer to the Destroy tongue I didn’t write about .. and…???? And now let us not open a discussion round

It’s not true.

To Reach the Greencard needs a so-called “sponsor”, unless you acquire the Greencard via the DV lottery or via an invesitition. But you need greencard, workplace and Bürgen, and that’s wrong. Who the Greencard already hasHe doesn’t have to prove a bureau or a job.

By the way, I have a green card and no bureaucracy, I never had a bureaucracy, and I will continue to need no one. And I never had to prove a job. 😉
