What nutrients are lost when you make scrambled eggs instead of boiled eggs?
I think scrambled eggs are tastier than boiled eggs, but I have a nutrient-rich diet and want to enjoy all the benefits. How bad is it if I make scrambled eggs instead of boiled eggs?
I think the essential disadvantage is not the loss of the nary matter from the egg, but that when frying with fat or oil unfavorable substances can arise.
Don’t worry I know what I’m making use of only ghee or coconut oil seed oils and olive oil I don’t use to fry (Oliven oil I still very much like to use for salads)
