During the Apollo 11 mission (the first manned space mission to land on the moon), was there a temporary interruption of the radio signal between the crew and NASA? For example, after the crew landed on the moon?

Hello! I need help understanding Bertolt Brecht's "The Discovery of a Young Woman." I don't need it spelled out, just hints or references.
How did slavery come to be abolished in the USA?
In the American Civil War, white people went to war and risked their lives to abolish slavery. Normally, the majority of people are rather selfish and profit from slavery. How did this change of heart come about? Before, people didn't care and wanted to profit, and suddenly there are so many who go to war…
This depends on the intention. Of course, the picture spontaneously reminds of abuse, torture, punishment and fear. It would, however, be original to write the story from a completely different perspective, because we are all tired of the ever-like associations.
For example, it would be original to tell the story from the point of view of the belt buckle or from the point of view of a belt maker who tells about the abuse of his products. The White Room could also tell what happened in him.
Or to stay close to the picture: The perpetrator tells of his compulsion to punish and torture.
However, the proximity would be boring: The victim tells about his abuses…
What you see :/ For example, I see a person who sits back in a corner or grieves. Before that is a man with a belt so you could write about haemorrhage, torture and similar things.
Looks like torture. The face reminds me of representations in children’s books of Jesus.
Thus, the story might sound: When Christians are beaten for their faith, Jesus is with them. Many of them also report in their biographies. That they only really experienced God in prison. Only there experienced his comfort and strength.
I recognize on the picture a man’s head that is tied forward and looks at the floor and a rifle.
It could be a man who pulled himself back into an old factory hall with a gun.
Or a man in his 1 room apartment in eternal ice – which protects himself from bears.
About mobbing or terror in the family (leads to mental diseases)
Ask Madam Rowling. She would invent a Harry Potter story about flying broomses.
If you don’t have your own ideas, you’d rather write something other than stories.
Some horror. Maybe a little girl who is haunted by ghosts?
I don’t even know what that is
