It’ll be hard. In the vast majority of jobs there are moments in which you have to proactively approach people – and if it’s just the incorporation, you don’t know / don’t understand etc.
Such a person can’t expect to be directed to her. Most people expect a certain degree of openness, sense of responsibility etc. and if you don’t have it, you should work on it.
So instead of just looking for niche jobs, she should work parallel on her introverty. It is absolutely nothing wrong to be introverted. But that should not be in the way of life. I am also more introverted, but have learned for working life (actually already for training) to overcome this and can now well fake extroverted behavior.
There are enough professions in which you don’t have much to do with people. Depends on what you’re thinking. Truck drivers in the long term or internationally you only have you and your truck for hours. But even in the warehouse or production you only have your colleagues and live with them you need to talk a lot.
