Hi.

I have a Nibe F370 exhaust air heat pump. It has a control panel that is operated via a rotary switch.

Unfortunately, he's crazy and does whatever he wants.

I unscrewed it and found the following part.

Can anyone tell me what kind of part this is and where I can order it? I can't find a more precise description on the part.

I suspect it is an encoder from Alps Alpina.

That's exactly what I suspected, but oddly, the part number I found has a wave diameter of 6mm. In my case, however, it is significantly smaller so that the encoder also fits into the shaft of the pot, whereby the shaft of the pot is also completely superfluous. I've already found some lapseربالمات (poti) that seem to be the same axes, but whose axes are far too short.
