Car navigation systems are purely receivers. They don't transmit, so they can't interfere with satellite reception.
Oh, and why is there always interference when it's working and a car drives by? Reception is a connection to the transmitter – and when the frequencies overlap, you're in trouble.
Dann ist deine Satellitenschüssel samt Empfänger Schrott. Bei mir fällt der Satellitenempfang nur bei heftigsten Unwettern aus, nicht aber bei irgendwelchen Autos auf der Strasse.
