What kind of bird is this?

While I was vacuuming in the living room, I suddenly discovered a bird on my terrace that I had never seen in the garden before.

He strolled leisurely across the terrace. He was a little bigger than a blackbird.

Unfortunately I couldn't photograph it more clearly.

What kind of bird could this be?

PS

It is now known that it was a small diamond dove:

After posting about the bird on Facebook this morning on the Koblenz Wildlife Care Center's page, I received a message from them this evening asking me to call them back. I just spoke to an employee at the Wildlife Care Center, who told me that it was indeed a diamond dove. Diamond doves are not considered wild birds; they are pets, like budgies, etc. If I see the little diamond dove in my garden again, I should try to catch it and take it to the animal shelter.

It might be a flewy diamond stick.

This feels safe at the moment, because it loves dryness and high temperatures, as hardly any other bird in this world.

In the free nature, the diamond stick lives in Australia and shares its extremely dry, sometimes very hot habitat, for example, with the waves.

Both are often referred to as miracle birds because they have properties that they can survive in such an extreme habitat as the Australian outback one is.

A person has hardly any chance of survival there if he is without tools.

It could be a diamond scarf, but in such a fuzzy photo you can’t say that exactly.

She has nothing to do with the “normal” dusts, because these birds come from Australia. There they live completely free. Here in Europe, however, they are kept by breeders.
