This is a ladybug larva, so very useful in the garden.

Sure. They can also grow a little over 1cm.

This is a larvae of the Asian Harlekin Marienkäfer, which is increasingly harmful to our domestic species, i.e. the German lady beetle.

Yeah, it has more points, but more like an orange touch.
