What kind of animal is in my food?

About two years ago, I first saw them in my kitchen. I didn't think much of it, but eventually they were everywhere, whether in pasta, nuts, flour, coffee, or even tea. I threw everything away and cleaned everything thoroughly, even the small holes in the shelf. Then, for example, I closed my pasta with a clipper, and they were still there. So I threw everything away again and cleaned everything. Then I got some waterproof, all-powerful jars and packed them up. So far, there are no bugs in them, but today some of the jars that aren't "waterproof" had some again. I'm starting to despair. I've tried absolutely everything, and I still can't get rid of them. I even changed my kitchen, and after a few weeks, they were back. They're tiny. I often see them on my cleaned cutting board, too.
