What is suitable for frosting cakes? (No tools involved) I've made it with buttercream and ganache so far and neither tasted right 🙂 What other alternatives are there? For example, does cream become firm enough? I would be very grateful for a small list for inspiration 🙂

For a lift I like to take Rigatoni or Fussili.
For noodle salad, please, Farfalle.
For Haschee or Bolognese like band noodles or linguins.
With cream sauce I like to take Tagliatelle.

But there is no variety that tastes “better” than others.
I am a very big spaghetti fan, but always also Maccaroni or Maccheroni, Penne or Fusilli, Farfalle, Band noodles and soup noodles in stock. ECT

On spaghetti I have much less pleasure/appetite. Of course, it also depends on the court.

Linguine is the pasta variety that fits too many of my favorite foods (fish/seafood).

in principle I like short noodles rather than long (spaghetti, band noodles)because the gluing risk less.
