What is wrong with the scooter?

Hello,

I bought a scooter where the engine does not transfer the power to the rear tire. So when I start the engine, the variator (yellow part) turns (as shown in the picture) but the V-belt does not move.

Does anyone know what the problem is? And thanks in advance.

Somehow the V-belt looks too long for me.

It is located on the counterpressure disk in the clutch completely outside, but in the case of variomatics it is already relatively far outside.

However, the variomatics should compensate for this.

Could be that the wheels are missing in variomatics, or the sliding elements in variomatics have jammed and therefore the variomatics does not move forward and back on the shaft.
