What is this, what should I do?

Hello. I'm on vacation and this has appeared. Three weeks ago I had another rash on my foot (between my toes), but it never itched. The doctor gave me scabies ointment which I applied all over my body. Twice, seven days apart. Now this has appeared. It doesn't itch either and is on the soles of my feet and on my hands, mainly on my fingers, and quite a lot. What should I do? What could it be? Do you think it's scabies again? I'm on vacation in Italy with my boyfriend's family, not my own, for another ten days.
