What is this or the mechanism called?

There are folding knives that are easy to open (you need to open the knife a quarter of the way) but then close again by themselves and I would like to know what that is called.

There are folding knives that can only be easily opened (you need to open the knife to a quarter) but to go back on your own and would like to know how this is called

That in the video is nothing.

This is just a knife with “Backlock”, i.e. back lock.

Then the spring presses on the blade back so that it is stopped. And the spring pressure of the back spring also ensures that it “goes” the last rest of the path, as is the case with a normal pocket knife with a back spring that has no locking whatsoever (eg Swiss pocket knife).

This is nothing special (not a “special mechanism”) but quite normal for any “normal” pocket knife.

I'm not getting really smart from your explanation, but you think you mean a jumper knife?
