What is this automatic filter cleaning mechanism called?
And how exactly does it work?
I know that there is a mechanism for industrial dust filter systems that cleans the filter at intervals.
The dirt then falls down and the filter material is permeable again.
Can someone explain to me how or what triggers the impulse so that I can recreate it in my extraction project?

I think you mean an industrial vacuumer, this page has a lot of information about it.
Thank you, that was actually part of the solution. There is a principle in which a vacuum is built up in the dust container by closing the supply air duct. Then a flap is opened abruptly above the filter, whereby a countercurrent is generated which compensates the vacuum in the dust container again.
The filter is then cleaned by the short countercurrent.
