What is this and what can I do about it?

I've noticed the pimple for two or three days now. I feel pain whenever anything touches the pimple.

This is either an aphte or a bite wound.

But you would have felt the latter when you were born.

Hey,

that looks like an aphtha. Unfortunately it is a painful mucosa defect.

What can you do about it? This also has a pain-relieving component on the canker sore.
