What is the problem?
For two days now, Touch ID has suddenly stopped working. I have the latest iPadOS and have restarted. Additionally, I haven't been able to download anything from the App Store since then, even with my Apple ID password.

I'm about to start my vocational training, and since everything at school is digital, a tablet or laptop is recommended. But which do you think is better for school? Which will also be more useful in everyday life or after my training?
Hi, I have an iPhone 12 mini and since this afternoon I just can't do anything with it. Sometimes the screen turns purple or completely black, but that's not all. I can swipe up to unlock the phone and that works, but I can't swipe up to close apps. It's as if it's broken. Can…
Hi, I want to transfer all my iPhone photos to my PC, and the only way I know how to do that is through iCloud, but I think you can only save them individually. Is there a way I can save them all at once? Thanks
When I send a message in WhatsApp on my iPhone, I get the familiar sound. The volume of the sound varies, and I wanted to ask if that's normal. It really annoys me when the sound is sometimes overdriven and then pleasant the next moment.
The problem you describe could be due to several causes. Here are some possible steps for troubleshooting:
1. Reset Touch ID:
Go to settings > Touch ID & Code.
Remove the stored fingerprints and add them again.
Two. Register and re-register Apple ID:
Go to settings > Apple ID (dein name) and log off.
Restart the iPad and register again.
3. Reset network settings:
If there are problems with the App Store, there might be a problem with the Internet connection or network settings.
Go to settings > General > Reset network settings.
4. App Store Cache empty:
Open the App Store and tap one of the lower icons (e.g. “Today” or “Apps”) to empty the app store’s cache for 10 times.
Five. iPadOS update or error in version:
It could also be a bug in the latest iPadOS version. See if there is a new update that fixes the problem.
6. iCloud synchronization check:
Check if your iCloud settings are correct, especially for app purchases.
If these steps do not help, it might be useful to establish an Apple support contact to get more support.
