Hello, since yesterday evening my cassette on my Giant Revel 4 has been squeaking. What can I do to stop it or do I need a new cassette?
Hey, I once parked my bike in the bike cellar, where several other bikes were parked next to it. Overnight, all the adjacent bikes fell on my bike (like a domino effect). Now my rear tire, or rather the bike rim, is crooked, and as a result, it's touching the rear brake in some places,…
Hey, I need to tighten my MTB chain, but I only have one derailleur, which still tensions the chain well. (I only use the upper pulley, as it tightens it that way!) (In the second picture , you can see that the chain is firmly in place!) Now the following "problem": can the chain run…

Dear community, I plan to set off from Dortmund to Düsseldorf tomorrow between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. The bike route is 76 km long and, according to Maps, should take four hours and six minutes to complete. However, since I've only cycled from Dortmund to Witten so far (about 10 km), I think almost…
Hey My bike (my company makes them, and it's on loan) was stolen last night. It was secured with a lock. I don't know how to explain this at work, I'm so scared I've already reported it… Do you know how I should do this
What you need is a so-called crank screw.
But be careful, they are available in different thread diameters – M8 and M10 are common.
The easiest way for you would be to go to a bicycle repair shop because you can get the right one there.
However, if you order one online, please put a drop of medium-strength threadlocker on the thread – then you won't lose the screw but you can still loosen it with normal tools.
