What is the difference between SAW 2 and Saw II?

Hello everyone,

I'm currently looking for the second and third parts of the Saw series.

I found both films on Prime Video, but they were duplicates of each, and now I'm unsure which of the two is the right one…

I would prefer to see the unrated version.

What I don't understand is why Saw II is two minutes longer than Saw 2, yet it's rated 16+. That doesn't make sense to me. If this were the unrated version, the film would never be rated 16+.
