What is the difference between active and passive tilt technology?

Hi everyone, I wanted to know what the difference is between passive and active tilting technology on railways. Thanks in advance, and greetings from Dresden.

Hello, the difference is that in passive tilting technology the car body is suspended above the chassis and is thus inclined by the centrifugal force alone. This system is currently available only in the FV Dosto of SBB. Active tilting technology, on the other hand, actively tends to use the trolleys by using cylinders and thus can tilt by up to 8'6°, and passive tilting technology allows about a maximum of 3° inclination.
