A narcissist only feels good when everything revolves around him, because he thinks the world revolves around him anyway. He always wants all the attention and twists everything around to make it seem like it's actually his achievement. You got an A in math? Ugh, but without his good support, for example through jokes, you couldn't have done it. You won 5 euros in the lottery? Yes, but really only because he gave you the tip. Do you have a girlfriend? Yes, but only because he suggested you go out sometime. And besides, she'd rather be with him anyway, but he lets you have her because he can "easily" get someone better. When the world doesn't revolve around them, they think there's something wrong with you and become aggressive.

An egotist, on the other hand, wants things. He'd be happy for you to get an A, but he'd ask you to help him get an A, but he wouldn't do the same for you. An egotist would be annoyed until you buy him something with your lottery winnings. An egotist would be jealous of your girlfriend (because you spend time with her) and try to break up.

Neither is so cool, but narcissists are often dangerous because many of them consider themselves godlike. Both are often particularly charming and interesting people, but ultimately, they're not really interested in you and make very bad friends. But they often attract many other people.

Egoist: He only thinks about himself and is concerned with his own advantage. He doesn't care what others think of him – the main thing is that he can get his way.

Narcissist: Thinks only of himself and that he's the greatest and most beautiful, and that everyone should admire him. He demands attention.

As far as I know I'm not 100% sure so feel free to correct me but a narcissist manipulates to get his way and has a false self-image while an egoist only thinks about himself

I would understand narcissism as a pathological form of egoism.

Egoists don't always exclude other people, they simply behave disrespectfully towards strangers.
Narcissists, on the other hand, exclude a certain group of people because they suffer from a physical illness or have been poorly raised.

There's no difference.
