What is the best way to charge 4x 18650 in series?

For a Bluetooth speaker project, I need a battery that delivers approximately 12-18V. For this, I would connect four 18650 cells in series. Now I'm wondering how best to charge them, as this is a tricky topic. I know that I need a BMS for four cells, but I'm not entirely sure how to charge them. I've heard something about CC/CV charging, but I don't understand what specific hardware is needed for it. What components would you recommend? Would something like this also be possible with USB-C?
