What is the best path if I can no longer work in my current job or no longer want to?

I work in a large company with many large hospitals.

Due to the workload after almost 40 years, I realize that I can no longer and no longer want to practice my profession as a nurse in the same way as before. The area in which I work is characterized by regular peaks in workload from which there is no escape.

These are precisely the things that make it impossible for me to continue working there, even if the rest is manageable for me.

What's better? Applying for a temporary job with the risk of getting a lousy position, or applying while you're in such a low performance situation.

Where can I get the most reliable information?

Hello, if you are looking for professional change, I can recommend “New Plan”. This is a free digital tool for professional (new) orientation. Here you can search for further training that can open up new professional perspectives or, if necessary, a complete career reorientation. For example, you can also see where other people are changed with your profession and inform you about these professions. Look inside. https://mein-now.de/new-plan

Greetings and great success!
