What is the best monitor?

Hello, I'm 14 years old and currently have a budget of €850. I would like to get a PC, but then I wouldn't have any money left for a monitor. What can I do?

You can probably get a used monitor for as little as €50. The technology hasn't changed significantly in recent years, just ever-increasing refresh rates.

700€ PC

You'd then have €150 left for a monitor. Either used or new.

The PC performs something like this:

I can recommend the app geizkopf. You can then choose a monitor and a PC and the app will compare between all the known sites. There you can choose the cheapest one and buy it. You can also look for PCs and monitors directly on the app and set up a prize pool.

Build your own computer. For example, via eBay classifieds and Geizhals.de

You can also find well-maintained and inexpensive monitors on eBay classifieds. That's how I built mine, too 😀

You can also buy a close-up viewer. Because it doesn't have to be as big as a TV, it's cheaper and you can afford it.

Then just buy a used one on eBay or something – or wait until you have more money available – you won't be able to do much more now
